I know a good lyme specialist who can see you in a few days. But, he is in the Washington, D.C. area.
After the first in-person visit, he will do telephone or Skype monthly appointments. So, you would not have to travel to see him very frequently at all.
If you want the name, let me know. It is terrible having to wait 3 months to get help. It is like being consigned to hell for 3 months.
Generally, the only thing that is going to make you feel better is treatment for lyme and whatever coinfections you have.
If you look at the Burrascano Guidelines, you will see him list supplements that can help with certain symptoms. For example, if you are deficient in magnesium due to the illness, taking magnesium can get rid of the pain from tense or spasming muscles.
If you are toxic, drinking lots of water all day with fresh lemons squeezed into it can help detoxify you and make you feel a little better.
I didn't start feeling well until I got good lyme treatment. The guy in D.C. will give it to you.

Call the doctor's office and ask if they have any cancellations or a waiting list. Patients have been able to get in sooner by doing this. Call every day if you have to!

Lymejuice, I see you are from Iowa. Are you anywhere near Iowa City? I know there have been conferences at the Univ of Iowa hospital about Lyme Disease. You might want to check with them if there are any doctors in the area that will handle your case asap.
Just a thought.

maybe you could try to find an integrative doc in the meantime...
they won't take the place of the LLMD, but might be able to tide you over.

Re pain all over, you could try an experiment with turmeric - it greatly reduces muscle and joint pain for me, and it's real simple!
I get turmeric powder in bulk from the health food store, dip empty 00-size capsules into it, and take one in the am and one in the eve. It actually works pretty quickly - I can feel the pain subsiding. I really like it.
We're all different, so you will need to see what works for you.

Re super tired, you could try mg malate, or flower pollen. I don't know more details, as in are you just tired all the time, or are you not sleeping - ?
