Can anyone recommend a good liposomal glutathione product that didn't have crap ingredients.
I can't do IV at the moment so look for other good options.
Thanks!!

I have tried six or seven brands and gotten headaches from all of them. My doctor cannot believe this.
Cane, what kind of problems are you having with glutathione?
What is your MTHFR status? I think this may affect your tolerance for many supplements. (somebody with a clearer brain, pls help!)

- It may be better to give the liver specific nutrients so that the liver can better make glutathione.
And be sure not to take anything with acetaminophen in it as that blocks glutathione production in the liver and also blocks glutathione in all the cells throughout the body so the cells are trapped with trash -
- since glutathione is what the cells need to pick up and carry out the trash, so to speak.
I'm sure the set below is familiar to you but there may be a link or two that could offer further exploration for what herbs or other nutritional supplements help the liver better create glutathione for us, for all our cells.
Also good to assess all we take as to how it affects the liver and, if adversely, see if there is a way to eliminate - where possible or if not - at least mitigate stress effects.
LIVER & KIDNEY SUPPORT & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too. -

My LLMD recommends and I use; Essential Pro by Essential Nutraceuticals. I do well on these and holds me in between IV pushes.

I've been taking LivOn Laboratories Lypo-Spheric GSH Supplement. There are several reasons that you could be having reactions.
sulfur issues - if you have methylation issues with sulfur, taking glutathione will likely cause issues since this is a sulfur containing tripeptide. I use sparga by nutrimedix to help deal with this. Following Dr. Yasko's protocol for sulfur would be helpful as well.
If you are severely depleted of glutathione (many are who have methylation issues), you will start releasing a lot of toxins which can cause very uncomfortable symptoms.
Because both of the above issues apply to me I take very small doses of glutathione - like 1/4 or less of a packet every other day + Far infrared saunas at least 2x's a week.
Once my body is less toxic I may be able to tolerate a larger dose.
