I'd like to know about people's experiences using this combination from Nutramedix. Such as what did you use it for, and how did it work for you? Can it be used for metal detoxing? Mold detoxing? Herxing?

I also wonder how it differs from using something like Zeolite?

I have used Burbur by itself, and it's helped with herxing for me, but do not have experience with the Pinella. In my early treatment days, I used Nutramedix Samento and Cumanda as well, in combo with herbs and pharmaceuticals, and they were also helpful.

Here's a description I found online:

Burbur-Pinella - Detox / Brain Nerve Cleanse from NutraMedix contains a combination of two extracts: Burbur produced from Pimpinella anisum; and Pinella produced from Desmodium molliculum; both perennial plants in Peru. Nutramedix utilizes a proprietary extraction and enhancement process that yields a highly bio-active product.

Supports detoxifying the brain and central nervous system
Supports reducing brain fog
Supports liver, lymphatic, ground matrix and kidney detox
Supports lymphatic detox
Supports blood purifying

The herbs in Burbur have been traditionally used for its body cleansing properties. It is very useful support in aiding detoxification of the liver, kidneys, lymphatic system and the ground matrix.

Pinella is reported to be supportive in eliminating both man-made and biotoxins from both the brain and central nervous system.

Burbur and Pinella are both integral components of the Cowden Support Program, a Lyme disease regime developed by Wm. Lee Cowden, MD. The combination of Burbur and Pinella is very useful support when a Herxheimer-like reaction is suspected.

I found them quite useful to take during a Herx, particularly burbur when I was on the Cowden protocol. I still have a bottle of each on the go.

Pinella did nothing tangible for me that I dould tell, but I will probably continue to buy burbur every so often. I noticed when I was on the protocol that some people were having good improvements on the Cowden herbs, particularly when used as suggested, so don't let me put you off trying it for yourself.

My husband is using the burbur to help clear the herxes.

He hasn't tried the pinella.

Burbur helped me a lot. I'm not sure what pinella did for me, but I took it.
