Hi, so in an effort to spare my gut further damage I'm trying the Nutramedix herbs first. My only symptoms are muscle twitches and sleep disturbances, and positive Babs FISH but no symptoms yet. I have taken high doses of Interfase Plus [biofilm buster] with no herxing.
I got the following Nutramedix herbs:
Houttouniya [supposed to good vs Bart?] Cumanda Samento Banderol Pinella
Can I start taking these all at once on the same day at the maximum recommended daily dose? Or should I just start on 1 and add a new one every 2-3 days to be safe?
Can I take all of those herbs for 5 months straight, and with the Babs treatment?
Also, I'll be adding Crypto and Art for Babs at some point. Thx!

I really do not recommend that you start ANY of these herbs at full dosage! They can really pack a punch, even if you haven't many symptoms.
Have you read the instructions for the Cowden protocol? Even if you don't intend to follow it to the letter, it will help you to see which herbs work best together. There is pulsing involved in the protocol.
Nutramedix also have a compatability chart for all their herbs that yoy could do a search for, as some are not meant to be taken at the same time as others. They recommend at least 20 minutes between 'incompatible' ones.
You have bought some good herbs, but I would also suggest getting some burbur and starting with a few days of burbur and pinella (up to ten drops of each). Then you could introduce samento and banderol (or cumanda) , following the instructions in their protocol, building up from one drop of each. The protocol suggests two daily doses of samento and two of banderol at different times, 30 mins before food and at bedtime. They are both compatible with burbur (and I think pinella too, but check).
The protocol leaves a gap of 36 hours every twelve and a half days in which you take just the detoxing herbs, magnesium, zeolite if you use it and a probiotic. After the gap, you introduce another pair of herbs.
I really think it would be worth your while to read about the protocol so that you can understand the rationale behind it and avoid taking incompatible herbs at the same time. Also you can see which supportive supplements are also recommended, like magnesium malate, which is partly there to ensure that you visit the bathroom regularly.
Good luck.

When I was first diagnosed with Lyme my doctor had me use Samento, Cumanda, and Burbur from Nutramedix as part of my treatment. I do not remember the exact protocol I used, but I do know that I started out VERY slowly, gradually built up the amount, and that the herbs were taken in a specified timing.
