okay, today i have decided i am going to try a diet for candida, parasites, etc. everything says something different, that you MUST avoid all fruit... but could I still eat strawberries, berries? I also read some things saying you may have whole grain complex carbs such as brown rice, quinoa, etc... but many say none at all because it still converts to sugar.
could I still get away with having those? what about frozen vegetables that say contain some sugar on the ingredients? is that added sugar? is any kind of bread totally out of question because of yeast? what about gluten free bread or tortillas that are made of rice, etc. (i think i read they do not contain yeast)
are you supposed to avoid sugar with lyme too?

Avoid SUGAR for SURE!!! IF you think you HAVE TO HAVE fruit, then eat a FEW strawberries or berries. It's best not to eat ANY fruit for as long as you can stand it.
Simple carbs of any sort will feed the yeast .. so try to avoid GF breads, tortillas, crackers, etc.
Quinoa would be the same, but since you need a few carbs here and there, quinoa would be a good choice.
I would avoid frozen vegetables with sugar. That's crazy stuff! Buy fresh organic.
