Can chronic headaches one has for years be due to lyme, co's, candida, parasites, etc? are the headaches from encephalitis or inflammation of the brain.. and does curing that require to get rid of whatever pathogen is causing it?

I have chronic occipital headaches. During llmd neurological exam she says encephalitis still. This was two years ago but i still have them.
Im about to start doxy again rxd by my new pcp. She's a chronic lyme doubter but think she's curious.
I've tested negative for candida with different tests.
Can you sleep kaseyyy? I cant and dont understand since encephalitis is sleeping sickness.

- Encephalitis - brain swelling / inflammation - can be caused by many different infections, trauma, etc. There are various degrees of this (sometimes requires prompt medical care) but a chronic "lower level" kind of inflammation (encephalomyelitis) often goes along with lyme & other coinfections.
A gluten free diet often helps reduce brain inflammation along with treating whatever infections are on board, with key liver support methods that include antioxidants. -

For me it is caused by Lyme, bartonella and mycotoxins. If you haven't gone gluten free yet, going gluten free will help reduce overall inflammation. Take care

Hi guys, do you think NAC is good for liver support (what about molybdenum for toxins that could cause brain fog/lightheaded feeling)

A nutritionist said I shouldn't take molybdenum unless I had hair analysis for copper.
I haven't done that because I don't know where to do it.

I have found most things for inflammation like turmeric ginger hasnt really helped me ugh. Im going to check my fish oil and see how high the epa (?) dose is. Read 2000 mg is good to aim for. Okay anyone use systemic enzymes for inflammation/headaches.. Idk if i have NDPH or not. I take magnesium sometimes not as consistent thoigh. Want to order blue algae for its nutrients (maybe instead of multivit) anddd i hope it has folate vs folic acid.
