I know my LLMD tests for yeast/ candida, but I would like to know if there are any labs that can test without a doctor's order. Obviously, there is the "spit test" but I am looking for more of a scientific method without having to go back to my LLMD and request another test.

eat a bunch of simple carbs for a few days ,see what happens?

Take some antifungals for a while,see if you herxhiemer?

Those two things should give it away along with your symptoms and history of atbx.

Shoeless joe has the best methods right there! Tests for yeast are not always accurate.
