I feel like infections are no longer what I am up against, finger's crossed.
However, have been dealing with more auto immune issues (I have thyroiditis and un-diagnosed Sjorgrens) the past few years.
I'm confused as to the best ways to support and balance out my immune system -- obviously this is a slippery slope as I don't want to stimulate it. Just support it.
Anyone have any experience here with any supplements or herbals that they can recommend?
If so, input welcome and appreciated. 😊

I've had good luck with Vit C, B5, Glutathione lotion, coconut oil and ginger root.
Exercise has also been a big contributing factor.
I only take B5 at night and only take 1/2 a pill a day in the morning. Otherwise it keeps me awake.
Definitely gives me energy.
Good luck!
