Hi guys, I've read lots of posts lately on this forum and others about pulsing antibiotics instead of taking them daily and how that can be more effective for curing Lyme and Co.
Does the same logic apply if one is going the herbal route? I'm currently taking Samento, Banderol, Cumanda and Houttuniya [thankfully no herxing yet] every day, but should I maybe switch to every other day? Thoughts?

If you take these Nutramedix herbs in the same sort of way as the Cowden protocol suggests, you would naturally be pulsing them every 12 and a half days: samento and banderol at different times of day, 36 hour gap, then move onto cumanda etc. followed by another gap.
I can't remember whether cumanda and houttuynia are supposed to be compatible with each other if taken at the same time, but in any case, you could take them at different times of day.
I often rotate herbs, but taking all four of these Cowden herbs only every other day sounds a bit unnecessary. Why not ask Nutramedix if they have any suggestions re. pulsing?
