I have been thinking about doing these, but am somewhat leery about it. Can I get some input from you guys about them, whether they help or not, how to do them, and any risks involved.

I would do a search but I am very EMF sensitive and don't want to be on the computer that long. Sorry to have to ask to be spoon fed.

A little uncomfortable. .but i figure gotta detox...just use gravity ...little easier than colonics...i dont know how effective. .maybe others will chime in...i miss drinking coffee
