I have been taking cumanda and have noticed i am having insomnia, uneven/fast heartbeat at night, and waking up frequently at night so feeling a lot more tired when waking up. could this be a herx?

i know some lyme docs use iv's, some do not, even very good ones.. will some people need IV even if not very sick? can herbs work as well as IV/pulsing.. does someone have to do pulsing?

also if i did have candida, leaky gut, or lyme, could i still eat some grains do you think? should i try to go gluten free?

i am going to see a natural lyme doc first i think, he does some special testing for things. i don't think i can spend a lot right now. i am just confused on who needs IV, who needs pulsing, and if herbs can work just as well? thank you!
