I haven't had the test but i've been taking the special "active" folate. It makes me feel... better AND worse.

Better: clearer head, more energy, etc.

WORSE: I just don't feel like myself. I feel kind of wired, and like I'm looking at my life through someone else's eyes. I also feel my chronic sinus issues flaring up.

What should I do? Do I need to keep taking the folate... am I just healing and detoxing?

Please... any insights would greatly help me. Thanks.

I would like to hear feedback as well. I just started folate, myself.

Does anyone have burning in their bladder from the B's?

It's a real issue for me, and I have tried repeatedly with lots and lots of time in between.

Any B12 or B6 or Folate supplement does this to me.
