Do the antibiotics cause your teeth to be gritty when you floss? My teeth have become almost "chalky" to floss since I've been on antibiotics. Is that unusual?

Nothing like that happened to my teeth when I was treated. However, there is an antibiotic that causes brown stains on the teeth.
When you get your teeth cleaned, they can get that brown antibiotic stain off, so that is good.

Perhaps it's the coconut milk I've been drinking a lot with smoothies. I've been brushing directly after though, so I'm not sure what is causing it.
