Very cold hands 85% of the tme and often with nnumbness, tingling and pain from elbow down. Need to wear gloves all thetime hhaven't been on any new meds for at least 4 months.

I still have feeling in these areas they just feel off I need to support my arms on pillows because they feel heavy-fingernail color is pale but not blue

LLMD is questioning microcirculation or neuropathy

Wow... Are you taking any B vitamins, by chance?

Have you considered Raynaud's??

Have you had your thyroid checked?

LlMD said no to raynauds - thyroid is fine on all levels- no B vitamins - I need guidance -HELP and thank you for your time

Just be careful to NOT take Vit B6 ... at least I wouldn't. It can become toxic.
