Was doing really well for the past 8 weeks but recently got a cold and a few symptoms have returned with a bang, especially lightheadedness, jaw tightness and headaches.
Is that normal when you get a cold? I'm thinking the cold compromises the immune system and some lyme stuff comes back. Hoping the lightheadedness goes away as the cold gets better, but the cold is really lingering.
Thoughts?

Oh yes, I always get knocked waaay back when I get a virus. Your body is now dealing with the cold on top of the Lyme. Take extra good care of yourself and it will improve.
