Tested positive 4 years ago with IGM 39 and 41.
Been on and off Doxy for various things for the last 4 years.
Was tested again this January. Flunked the ELISA and showed reactive IGG 93, 66, and 41.
Doc says I don't have Lymes and the IGGs were from my previous infection.
In the three previous WBs I never reacted on any IGGs and never on 93, or 66.
Other than neck pain and eye issues I am not very symptomatic compared to 4 years ago.
Old tests were Quest Labs I think and the last one was Mayo Labs.
Any thoughts?

Yes, that's what they're going to tell you. In conventional serology, IgG is "past" infection and IgM is "current"serology.
All bets are off with Lyme WB's though so if I were you I would explore the new Elispot LTT or the C6 peptide. Both of these will describe a straightup *current* infection.
This is assuming though that past and current infection are not the same thing, really.
Obviously what we all worry about is that after treating and working on this that the thing isn't really gone and a smoldering infection is going to pop up somewhere else and result in disability or death.
The best test, given that all of them suck, is the Elispot; here it's called ispot Lyme. This will tell you if your t-cells are *currently* reacting to borrelia antigen. All WBs are useless and in terms of judging treatment outcome, a thousand times even more useless.

Jordana .. Western Blots are far from "useless."

if you say so Lymetoo. You've been here much longer than I have. But it seems to me WBs exist to deny sick people treatment.

Best to check CD 57 and C4a for infection.

I think those two might be misleading too. I have a CD57 of 61 and a normal c4a.
Until exactly tomorrow, I will really have never been treated.
Baldone, maybe time to switch to or adjunct those with herbals? Buhner is really easy and pretty cheap.
