I need IVIG but I have no deficiency or diagnosis.
My levels have been drawn a couple times but they remain in range.
One thing I did notice was that my levels dropped within the span of nine months.
All of the subclasses dropped, some more significantly than others.
So my question now is will my levels eventually become deficient?
I do feel worse and worse every day and the fact that I have an ongoing illness makes me wonder if it will eventually wear down my immune system.
Any thoughts?

I was tested before Lyme and my levels were fine. Now since getting Lyme, levels are low.
I'd be surprised if it's just a coincidence.
But Lyme affects us all so differently, so it's hard to say what your experience will be.
