Hey guys. Does anyone know if Dr S in NJ prescribes methylcobalamin (sp) shots. They helped me tremendously the last time I was extremely ill and am really interested in taking them again.

And what is the cost as it's been awhile since I've taken them ?

Also is there anywhere I can purchase this medication on my own? I doubt it, but doesn't hurt to ask, right! (: thanks guys

I suggest you call the doctor's office and ask these questions. They should easily be able to answer if they do this.

Have you injected them yourself ever or only had them done in the office? PM me if you weren't able to get them.

Ask the doctor to prescribe a vial so you can give them to yourself. So much cheaper!!!

Anyone have a specific pharmacy where you get the vials at a good price? I get methylcobalamin from infuserve right now but would like to see if I can get it cheaper. Not sure where to begin looking. Feel free to send me a PM.

For a compounding pharmacy to prep the B12 they have to have a sterile room. My regular compounding pharmacy wouldn't be able to do it.
