interesting read about how it is thought fungus can cause cancer. crazy.
has anyone tried mesosilver or nutrasilver out? nutrasilver is 3600 ppm, much much higher than other silvers so probably works even better.
i also recently read a long article on how they got rid of candida for good. it consisted of an oxypowder cleanse, then colloidal silve and hydrogen peroxide. no diet needed.

- oxypowder cleanse and hydrogen peroxide sound very caustic and dangerous. Our bodies are not washing machines.
I can't read the article because of the typeface they use / spacing / font - or something about that page that just zooms my eyes out -- but as it discusses morgellons, I wonder if the oxypowder and hydrogen peroxide might be for topical use, not internal?
Diet always matters, regarding simple sugars anyway - and getting good whole foods for the best nutrients. Still, with the right antifungal support even dark berries might be able to be enjoyed in moderation as they have valuable nutrients.
Silver can be quite helpful when from good clean sources. Still, there are questions about buildup of silver in the body over time.
I found Seagate Olive Leaf Extract to be the most helpful against candida. -

mesosilver also seems good too. it claims it is not bad for you and cannot turn your skin blue since it is different than ionic silver.
oxypowder or colosan is just a colon cleanse, it gets rid of impacted fecal matter, etc. i think the oxygen helps make it a liquid
i've read of hydrogen peroxide being ingested before but it must be the right ratio or it is harmful.
are non gluten grains okay to eat even with leaky gut? i know everything has a different opinion so i guess it's all up to the individual. i don't see how grains and legumes are apparently so inflammatory though, wouldn't vegetables be too then?

Grains, pseudograins and legumes are not good to each if you have leaky gut.
Grains, non-gluten grains and beans contain certain lectins that can aggravate autoimmune conditions, strain the digestive system and contribute to inflammation.
