Please could you give me feedback on these results?
I know this puts me nowhere near positive for CDC criteria, but interested in some feedback from those "in the know"

Here's Dr C's explanation of the Western Blot results, from the top of Medical, in Important Information about Lyme and Co's - scroll down a little ways to get to the meaning of the bands -
So you're saying you have two bands showing - IgG 41 and 23 -
23 is specific for Lyme - it's called ospC - outer surface protein C -
41 can show up for any spirochetal infection, and shows up quite often in Lyme tests.
Many in the Lyme medical community feel that having even one band that is Lyme-specific is enough to call it a positive test.

I had a test through Mayo, too. One thing I did not understand months ago was that when you are getting a reading for "bands" from Mayo then you ALREADY HAVE A POSITIVE ELISA.
This is not necessarily the case at Labcorp and other commercial labs. But at Mayo they do "reflex"testing, without hesitation, every time; meaning they only bother to do the Western Blot if there has been a positive ELISA.
That means in all likelihood you had a positive ELISA and a band at 23Kda.
Don't mess around like I did for a year. Find a practitioner and start treatment as soon as you can.
