I have been treating the big three since April of 2015. Taking; doxy, rifampin, azithromicin, Atovaquone, cefromicine, tindimicine.
I have been on Atovaquone and Azithromicine since mid June. My night sweats over the last month have been coming back hard and I'm soaking pillows once again. It's just my neck and head and I'm really drenching the pillows!!!
I have an LLMD appointment in mid March. Do I change it up??? What is a different way of hitting this?? I have sort of plateaued in my progress all together but Babesia is gaining strength.

The best and quickest I did for Babesia with no return of symptoms was Coartem either followed by Primaquine or vice versa.
You need Primaquine to get it out of your liver otherwise it comes back.

I've found Sida Acuta, Cryptolepis and Alcornea really target Babesia. Within an hour after taking them, I have a hot flash which is a Babesia sx.

Be careful of primaquine. It refloxed me. It's a quinolone. Just something to be aware of.
Fluoroquinolone and quinolones can cause persistent health problems. Know the risks before taking it.
Alinia and Coartem are both good if you can tolerate them.
