Looks like a positive test to me. I am sorry you have it, but this should give you validation.

How long have you been feeling symptoms? I've been sick 10 months, since last June.

This started for me in November 2014. Started with meningitis I could not convince any medical person I actually had. Tried all kinds of natural stuff -- vitamins, exercise, sun, etc.
I got my first Lyme test in January last year. Negative. April. Negative. October. Negative.
Around September I just gave up going to see doctors and started looking for an LLMD. In October I stopped bothering with the LLMD really and started Buhner.

Come to think of it, I figure a lot of people would have quit considering Lyme at their first WB with a 41, 66 IgG.
The ID doc said post viral syndrome.
I don't know why I didn't. I just had a feeling. Actually lots of feelings, like electrical shocks and twitches and oh, yeah, my left hand stopped working.
But think about how hard this is. The darn thing can change every three months, maybe even once a week. I had almost no indication at all on any test that I had this.
Really makes you wonder how many of me are out there.
