Has anyone noticed they feel better in warmer weather? Or when they get out of a hot shower? My muscle and joint pain decreases when I do these things. I wonder if this has to do with the temperature of my body? I also notice that my temps are normally low, Around 98.0 normally. and was reading this is a sign of hypothyroidism. I have been trying to find ways to address my thyroid issue. I have a history of my thyroid making a lot of reverse t3, and I'm trying to balance my adrenals and thyroid. But I was wondering if correcting my thyroid issue could correct my Lyme disease? Or perhaps the Lyme disease is causing my hypothyroidism? Any thoughts?

I once had neighbors who practiced a form of alternative medicine in which they raised the temperature by sitting in a
steamy room and then lowering it by suddenly going outside on a cold night. I believe I read something
about changing the body's temperature for health in a book on Chinese Medicine. Low body temperatures are also are in Dr. S's Symptom List under Bartonella.
Hypothyroidism is listed under Bartonella too. The book, "Checklists for Bartonella, Babesia and Lyme Disease" is a thin book available on Amazon.
