Does anyone use Kudzu tincture? It was recommended in Bruhner's latest lyme book. Who do you order it from?

I ordered dried kudzu from 1stchineseherbs and am tincturing it myself. I was thinking that simmering the ground root in soup could be good too since it can be eaten as food. Haven't tried either form yet though.

I used to take Kudzu and add in a Umeboshi plum anytime I felt a potential onset of cold or flue, it worked well

I get it from Woodland Essence. I really like it; helps brain fog, neuro symptoms ... Buhner likes it and says to take it for encephalitis.
