A doctor prescribed zithro starting with 500 mg than 250 mg a day for 5 days.
Could any alternatives do the trick for a bad cough or would you just go for the antibiotics?
I've tried basic stuff you may think of, a lot of lemon water, steam showers, etc.,. The cough still comes and goes.
Also if I take zithromax, is there anyway to reduce side effects?

Lomatium helped my familys cough...my sis had to do levaquin and it still came back ...cpn can cause bronchitis and ashma...it likey wont make you herx ..i am on it this week ...probiotics alkaselzer gold the usual...actually helped joint pain a bit..little more shakes. .

I too would like to know if there is anything you can do to help side effects of zithe . I am supposed to start this med but as someone with chest pain it is scary.

do protect your ears from loud noises. I did not(blender) and got perm tinnitus on zith.
