Hi, Just Wondering what people's experiences [or heard tales/anecdotes] are with Rifabutin for Bart treatment? Is it purely superior to Rifampin?
I'm planning to combine Rifabutin with Mino for my Bart protocol.
I've heard Rifabutin has a longer half life, more powerful killing ability, and lower systemic side effects than Rifampin. Thanks!

Best one I have used so far. My doc paired it with clarithromycn. Ive tried 6 other abx before this combo one of them being high dose rifampin. Its easier to tolerate for me, and seems to be working better.
