I have no money (on disability, nothing left after bills), so I'm trying to identify ways to detox that won't cost much. Even Epsom salt will get pricey if I have to use a couple of cups or so at a time.
I'm going to borrow the ~$60/mo it will cost to do BVT (I can't afford doctors, meds, etc.), and I'm wondering how low I can keep the cost of detoxing so I can maybe borrow that, too.
Suggestions?

I think I have detoxed best in an FIR sauna tent. I got over profound chemical sensitivity by detoxing the toxins out by sweating out over an FIR biomat for 6 months. Using a tent is faster.
So if anyone could give you the money to get a tent from maybe eBay, where they might be selling it for cheaper, that's an idea.
If you do it, you need to be able to handle heat.
I can handle heat. It takes about a half hour to break a sweat, then I shower warm and cool.

I really appreciate the info on financial help. I'm in a position, however, where discounts don't even help because I don't have the money to pay whatever portion of things they don't cover. I'm borrowing money for the initial tests, though, so that info will definitely help.

Robin123 (or anyone who does a sweat for detox) -- how long should you let yourself sweat? Just 'til you break a sweat, or for a while yet after that?

Best to stay in until you break out in a full sweat. I'd say no more than 5 minutes after that, or I feel drained afterwards if I stay in too long.

I hesitate to post this because you need to evaluate your particular body/health/situation
and others will probably object and that is good
but, for me, what I found, and it may help others, is that fasting can be beneficial
it is inexpensive - and I think my body needs it from time to time to give my GI, the liver, etc. a break and allow itself to normalize - whatever that means - I am not a doctor - it just feels that way to me
my body feels less stressed - in my own words - it seems like digestion can take a toll and maybe this is why this works for me
I feel like my body can focus on sorting out what's already in there - I only provide some clean water to pee it out, when ready
this would only work if your body has enough reserves (especially the liver) of essential nutrients
so it really can be bad for you if you don't have those reserves
so far, for me, it has often brought some relief - I do drink water but don't force huge amounts down my throat either
I fast only for 20 hours or so, but sometimes I just don't eat until evening and then some reasonable, good food and not too much
sometimes I do that for a few days - just not eat until I get very hungry or until evening (even if I am not very hungry I will have something then) and ignore a couple of small hunger pains during the day
everyone is different - some people are diabetic or need blood sugar or they pass out - so you need to adjust this to your needs

I have been doing the perry fields car sauna...and coffee enema helps induce glutithione production ....bentonite clay and acv ,alka selzer gold maybe on ebt? ...how is bvt going? You can pull stingers out and hit meridian lines for liver and kidneys and it helps tonify..
