Have been off antibiotics and most supplements for 5 months and doing generally well. Over the last 10 days starting getting lightheaded and tightness in head and jaw.

I've had issues with anxiety my whole life so not sure if this is an anxiety situation or a lyme recurrence. So frustrating to try and figure out which.

I know my LLMD thinks it's more anxiety-related but so hard to tell. I don't want to start any anxiety-related drugs i.e. Lexapro.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Yes - could have something to deal with your biochem. I'm in the middle of watching a fabulous 2-hour explanatory program on neurotransmitters. This is a really interesting program - may have to watch it a couple times. He is addressing your question.

At the same tine, there are usually multiple reasons why we think/feel the way we do, like the way we think and the way Lyme can affect the brain.

You might try additional magnesium. Most drugs deplete our magnesium.

Thanks for that.

Also wanted to add that I've been extremely tired for the past week. Not sure if that's a lyme thing or an anxiety thing. Could be both.

Thoughts?
