I have been trying to find information on Igenex's website about prices for the different types of tests they offer but after combing their website, I can't find it. Does anyone know how to find out the costs for Igenex testing, short of calling Igenex directly?
Thank you.

I believe you have to call them. If you order a test kit from them, the pricing list will come with that kit.
If you go to a lyme doc and the blood is drawn there, the doc has the price list.
Igenex folks don't mind phone calls at all, so feel free to call. They are very friendly and nice to talk to.
By not putting the prices on the website, they are free to change the prices without having to change their webpage. So, that is generally the only reason they don't post them. They are not trying to keep them secret.
Western Blot (IgG and IgM) always used to cost $200. It seems that Igenex raised some of their prices at the start of 2015. So, this price could now be a little low.
Expect a full coinfection panel to cost over $600.
When I went to the site and clicked on B. Myamotoi, I saw this:
"November 10 2014
IGeneX, Inc. has not increased test prices since 2008. Unfortunately, there has been a substantial increase in reagent costs. Therefore, there will be a slight increase in test prices effective November 1, 2014. A new Price List is attached.
There will be a grace period for the kits that have been sent out previously. We will honor those prices until December l, 2014."
So, order a test kit (they are free of charge) and I expect you will have a price list included with it.
You can ask for the kit when you call for the prices. Of course, you will have to know which tests you want when calling.

Free phone call to IGeneX - 800-832-3200 - if you need to.
If you qualify as low income, www.lymetap.com will cover 75% of testing costs.

LymeTap, a great program, MAY reimburse people for a portion of the INITIAL Lyme related test costs. There are some limitations that would eliminate a number of people, including not enough funds.
You'd have to pay up front for the tests at IGeneX, then apply for a reimbursement which you may or may not get (unless special arrangements are made in advance).
Here are just a few lines from their site.
"To apply, send a completed application along with requested documentation to the fax number above. If approved, you may be reimbursed for up to 75% of your out-of-pocket costs of testing from a qualified CLIA/Medicare approved laboratory of your choice.
Funds are limited & are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Children under 18 years of age are given priority. The intention of this program is to help as many patients in need as possible. It is not intended to cover insurance deductibles or to cover patients not truly in financial need."
