hello everyone. Can someone please help she's some light on this as the anxiety is killing me. I had my medical papers from the hospital sent over to my drs office via fax (urgent) n they were handed right to me. I'm guessing I wasn't supposed to see this because I was never told about these conditions I have. Or do I?
I'm so confused. And what do the plus minutes signs mean? I had an echo and nuclear stress done (where I was taken off the exercise machine in less than 30 seconds) over the weekend due to breathlessness and having every heart attack symptom twice in two days. But at the hospital they said my heart was fine.
That my heart was fine and instead I'm suffering from psychosomatic disease.
(I do have arrythmia, abnormal ekgs, n 'probable left sided heart problem'
what's going on here. I feel like I'm in a twilight zone.

Also do doctors really hide diagnosises from you? Is it that corrupt? I was never told about any of these things.
ps I was told by a very arrogant impatient cardiologist (because a 30 year old couldn't be suffering from a heart condition) who smirked at my symptom list while playing on his phone that I was taking off the machine because he saw a change in rhythym...but then he said he didn't see anything n only took me off because he could tell from the 30 seconds of me on the treadmill I was fine. He then injected me with something that would help with headaches and left.

The + means the symptom/condition was reported as positive, the - means it was reported as negative.
Under "Review of Systems", it says "other than the symptoms associated with the present events" (i.e., other than why you were there that day) the following was REPORTED in regard to recent health (in other words, you, or a practitioner reported these symptoms as positive about your recent history): palpitations, prior chest pain, abdominal pain (? difficult to read, could be + or -).
Under "Past Medical History", you are positive for "sinus arrhythmia, anxiety, history of Lyme Disease".
Under "Physical Examination": you are positive for "tachycardia" (fast heartbeat).
I doubt any of this is news to you...

heyyy thank you for being here (or there) for reaching out, for listening. I'm grateful (: yes of course and about twice a week I have sx of heart attack now. (nausea first, then exteme dizzyness and sob, cheSt pain (burning tightness full feeling) feel like turnicut around upper left arm, and left hand tingles.
I can't take it anymore. They finally admit me due to ekg abnormalities arrythmias and my horrific sx and nothing comes of it.
It made no sense for this doc to take me off the machine after 30 seconds. Again while distracted on his phone he said he saw an electrical change so took me off. Then said he didn't see a change, I was fine and left. I tried asking the assistants (who seemed confused by his actions) and told me the same thing. I said that makes no sense but they just ignored me. Oh and I also heard him call my cardiologist and tell him my stress test was fine before I even started.
Why wouldn't he keep me on it?
Why am I having these heart attack sx
What can they be missing?
Also ph, why are those conditions listed in the first place. Does it mean I had/have heart disease, diabetes mellitus, but am just not showing symptoms of it now.

The conditions are listed because it is a standard checklist that they fill in (+ or -) for everyone.
For me, I also had episodes of symptoms as you describe, including the tourniquet squeeze and tingling in left arm.
I can't tell you definitively what it was; as I was homebound at that point and figured it would kill me, but it didn't (I'm well now).
What I do think it was for me, was vascular instability...in other words, inflammation in the vascular system and chaotic dilation and constriction of blood vessels, with hypoperfusion throughout my body. I felt much of the time like my limbs were being crushed or squeezed via tourniquet, etc., with numbness, tingling, parasthesias, blood pooling, etc.
