I've read online at various sites that Aloe can fight EBV.
I've also read that EBV can alter your immune system...permanently.
I have no idea as to the accuracy of these statements. Has anyone tried Aloe, and did it help reduce your EBV titers?
What dose did you take?
Thanks, all!

There are EBV diets. Google those words.
EBV is present in all of us and is usually latent.
