Starting the Buhner Bart protocol & have all of the recommended extracts and supplements from his book.
The instruction for all of the extracts listed is to take them each three times per day for 30 days (I recognize that this time period will likely be longer).
Can I just combine the extracts (proportionately, of course) into one or a few bottles and utilize this for the three dosages each day?
Meaning - calculate out how much of each herbal tincture is needed for say, 30 days, and combine into one larger bottle, taking the combined dosage each time?
Or is there some reason why these should stay separate?
I did not see anything about that in his book but maybe I missed something?
Trying to make this as easy as possible so that it's simple to take the doses. Any suggestions are welcome!
Thanks, Danielle

well, I am not sure about mixing them for 30 days
I use three glass bottles and fil them half full with water in the morning
then I add the herbs so I have three doses ready for the day
I found that 12 hours or so is ok
but once I left one for too long and threw it out since it did taste off - I do add mushroom powders and maybe that started doing something bad in the water
they seem ok for one day but not longer, the way I do it (in water, all together)
good idea for find a system that works for you - to make it easier - it is hard to keep it up, I find

I agree with Harmony that it would be better not to mx them up unless you do this at the beginning of each day.
Apart from anything else, you may find that one herb does not suit you and you would then be sunk if you had already mxed all the herbs together.
I recommend starting the herbs singly, just one f them to start with and then add a second and so on.

You can access Buhner patient groups to discuss as well.
There's buhnerhealinglyme.com, planetthrive.com, and the Buhner Healing Lyme and Co-infections facebook group, which has a couple thousand members, I think.
