I took a product with xylitol in it and it caused candida die-off. Now I have terrible brain fog. Took some molybdenum to detox the aldehydes and it increased my tinnitus. Why would this have increased my tinnitus? Someone please help =\

Molybdenum affects copper .. I have forgotten if it lowers or raises it.

I think it also helps clear salicylates or oxalates. Either one of those can cause tinnitus. I'll see if I can find more on that for you.

The xylitol may also have caused the tinnitus.

Why do you think it was candida die off?

Xylitol is used to dissolve biofilms.

so perhaps you killed some bugs and you're having a herx.
