Hi

I have been having major GI Issues. I had an endoscopy which doctor showed was normal but said the upper part of my stomach muscles are weak.

I have had acid reflux for 3 weeks now everyday along with other reflux symptoms.

When i eat i am bloated belching and just huge stomach.

So i have done some reseach and tested myself for low stomach acid and i think i do.

Anyone has any natural treatments they like to mention that has worked for them?

A few years ago I had an ulcer and the gastroenterologist recommended prilosec to me. Well it did work but then I had trouble getting off of it because of the acid reflux.

I can't remember where I saw or read it, but I tried a digestive enzyme that had HCI in it. I think it was Solgar brand. It worked great, within a few days.

Also DGL licorice works way better to heal an ulcer, it helps to sooth from the acid. You might want to try something like that too.

I use hcl and enzymes and it helps breakdown food much better ...
I think the body reduces acid to let flora back in gi but ine need acid to trigger gall bladder to release bile ...so when we stop the acid all sorts of trouble ensues ...mastic gum slipper elm, marshmellow root and parasite elimination have all helped

I took Thorne Biogest with meals. Sometimes I took up to 6 capsules.
