Neck pain was one of my very first symptoms, and I get constant chiro for it.

My doctor suggested I try upping my magnesium to tolerance. I just did, and my neck pain went down. This is a great new development!

I am passing magnesium glycinate 400, made by Nutraceutical Corp.

Waiting to see if this holds...

Has anyone seen it make a difference in neck pain?

Sure makes a difference in all of my muscle pain. I take as much as my gut can handle.

Glad you got some relief!

PS... Don't you want to move this to Medical?

Magnesium in good chemical forms can be one of the best medicine for many problems. Amazing, isn't it?

that shows how our bodies in fact, are in trouble NOT because of infections only.

Magnesium is part of many enzymatic reactions. Make these reactions better, and there is certainly a lot that happens. Even infections may go at lower speed.

I always keep telling people about cleaning the body. It's a bit the same: clean the body well, and you help it do SO MANY other things.

Including fighting infections, lowering inflammation.

Now I'm re-doing neural therapy, on spots that got infections in the past. It's an AMAZING tool for healing too.

Good to know, Robin! I love magnesium. It can also be used to minimize damage caused to the ears by noise, if taken soon after the exposure.

I have used magnesium for years to help with pain. I get muscle spasms without it and there are so many reasons that the body needs it.
