Can you tell me what your C4a result is? Mine has gone down significantly. What exactly does that mean?

Here are a couple threads that discuss the C4a:

I had a C4A in the 15,000's range before I started treatment for Lyme.
My doctor stated that, to him, this meant unequivocally that I had Lyme--
he told me he did not even need a Lyme titer result to start treatment in my case.
I did not believe this, and had my Lyme titer done through IgeneX.
To my surprise, the IgM was positive.
A few months after treatment, I am dramatically better (not completely well), and my level has decreased to 4000's.
I remember reading an article that stated one cannot use the C4A test to follow Lyme treatment, but my numbers did decline with antibiotic treatment.
