Like many here, I struggle with sleep. It tends to be disjointed, waking regularly, and I'm often awake for long periods of time. What's weird - on nights I sleep better, I almost always feel worse. And by better, I mean 7-8 hours, but waking less. Does this make any sense?

When I herx, it makes me sleep more (7-8 hours or so). Otherwise I sleep 3-6 hours a night. I wonder, could you be herxing? Maybe that's why you both feel worse and are sleeping more.
Then there are other times when I'm not herxing I still sometimes feel worse if I sleep more. Don't really know why. Feels like maybe the extra sleep boosts my immune system and it starts fighting the bugs harder or something...

I also sleep a LOT and actually pretty well when herxing. Not really fair because I feel so horrible during the day.
SickSam - I was going to say the same thing about the immune system.
Anytime I do something good for my immune system, I feel worse, too. (might explain my other post just now on how sleeping on Ambien makes me feel worse.)

I haven't been taking anything yet as I've been in testing phase. I did have 30 days doxy, but the sleep issues predate that by months or longer - so it's probably not herxing.
It took me 16 hours to sleep five hours last night. Maddening!'
