How do I know if I have lymphatic drainage problems? I have trouble feeling if my lymph nose are swollen.
Also, where or how do I do lymphatic draining and will I get sicker at first?

I did manual lymph drainage with a specialist for some time.
It feels AMAZINGLY relaxing. It is really amazing how such very LIGHT massage does any effect whatsoever. It's really amazing.
I usually had to choose where I wanted to get my lymph drained (head, back, tummy, legs, arms, face / throat). He didn't have time to do it all in one session.
So I asked every time in a different place, and watched him closely.
Then I decided to buy a book (in German) about it, see all the lymph nodes and lymphatic 'vessels', how do they travel in the body from nodes, where do they dump the lymph in the end...
I kept going to him, but then I KNEW what he was exactly doing. I kept asking him and watching him, counting how many times he massaged certain areas, in which sequence, etc.
In fact, it is not even hard to learn, once you know the basics.
It feels really wonderful. I didn't herx, but I was always on tons of binders, anyway, for years, during active lyme.
I never felt anything like sicker. Only more relaxed. Plus I was learning a new technique, that I still use today!

I am so glad to hear Brussels experience was so delightful and was an education too. Excellent news.
On the other hand, I personally saw a dear sweet Lyme patient become horribly sick for days after one. I felt so sorry for them. My bet is they wouldn't do it again.
Of course, I was too smart to do it (and too cheap)- HA!
Actually I had my concerns and was later very glad I didn't do it.. Came close to it, but didn't. Whew!
I don't have a clue how you can determine if your lymph NOSE is swollen if you can't feel it.
One place says...
"Use the first 3 fingers of each hand to circle behind your ears, down each side of your neck and under your jaw line. If you feel lumps accompanied by tenderness, you may have swollen lymph nodes. You may also feel fullness in your throat and have difficulty swallowing."
Maybe Brussels can help with that? I just emailed you a picture of where lymph noses are located.
Funny, the front of your face just above your mouth isn't one of them.

When I picked back up on rebounding once I felt super sick at first. I just did very slight, gentle bouncing for 2 minutes at a time, that's supposed to be all that's needed to flush all lymph.
I wasn't on any binders, and I was pretty sick but didn't know yet it was Lyme. I think attention should be given to binders and lots of fluids to prevent intoxication symptoms.

Clint, might be the inflammation / infection coming back?
did you try some strong essential oils rubbed there (like Peppermint oil)? Only for rubbing.
Or some Chinese Tiger balsam or something like that?
I use Olbas Oil, a sort of mix of essential oils, and they go DIRECTLY inside the nodes through the skin, and I get many times very fast killing effects with it.
But I ALWAYS take binders. Without binders, killing is bad business. It may make more swelling.
