Does anyone think some of our symptoms are fibromilgia as a result of having Lyme disease years ago?

Yes. In the film "Under Our Skin," many Lyme patients say it was their first diagnosis.
It was mine, for 25 years, and I have a known tick bite preceding symptoms. When I found out, I contacted as many of the old fibro folks I could find and they too had found out by then they had Lyme and some had co-infections.
We're all different in what we respond to, but when I put myself on clindamycin left over in my drawer from treating a previous infection, and didn't stop taking it, in a week's time of going around the clock every 6 hours, I had no more pain, after 25 years!!
I continued to take it for 5 years, then it didn't work anymore. I'm allergic to most antibiotics, so now I treat with turmeric powder,
which works very well for me to take down pain in joints and muscles, fairly quickly too. I get it in bulk at the health food store and dip 00-size capsules in it.
