Hi, I thought I was well on my way to recovery, well...I am! But hit with horrific anxiety today, for no apparent reason at all.
Which bug causes that typically? Any suggestions for relief? Thanks!

Bartonella. Read page 26-27 of Burrascano. It gives you bullets that summarize the symptoms of each disease.
You will see anxiety under bartonella. Look at all the bart symptoms and see if you have others also. (Nobody has all symptoms of a disease.)
If so, you will want to tell your doctor to put you on some bart treatment if you are not already on it.

Thanks TF. I wonder if it's a herx? Cuz I know we strongly suspected Bartonella - bad foot pain was a big symptom. And today is the day I add in a pulse of a sulfa drug. Man it's just icky.

It can be from pretty babesia , lyme, bartonella and possibly other things. But I agree with TF--most likely bartonella.

Mycoplasma pneumonia also can cause anxiety.
I'm sorry you are dealing with anxiety - it is really an awful thing to deal with.
