For past six months i have been having symptoms of chest pain (ribs crack when i move with pain) shortness of breath. In late September i had chest xray and it was normal.
and most of these feelings are on the right side of my chest.
Past month i noticed my breast smaller than the left one. So i been checking them everday and yesterday doctor confirmed i have a lump under armpit or right when breast begins.
Its painful and it burns my entire arm and the area around it. She is scheduling me for ultrasound.
I dont think i am concerned about cancer but i feel its infection. i also carry MRSA in throat.
i am convinced its mrsa. any thoughts?

Oh man. No thoughts, but my sympathies. Keep us posted. I had a swollen lymph node in my arm pit a while back, but it didn't last that long, nor did it come with chest pain.
So sorry.

Swollen lymph glands can be a symptom of bartonella.
"Lymph nodes may be enlarged and the throat can be sore." (p. 24 of Burrascano)
And, on page 26 he lists as a bart symptom: "Occasional lymphadenopathy."
"Persistent swollen glands" is the first symptom listed on Burrascano's list of lyme symptoms, page 9.
So, I would guess that this is lyme and company. The lymph nodes get involved in fighting these infections, so they swell.

I've had my lymph node swollen in my arm pit horribly in the past, especially when on abx that wouyld target Bart.
Eventually it got to the point of swelling it came to a boil and got a bunch of puss out. Lymph nodes still swell up in my neck, behind my ears, but luckily have not had armpit as badly.
Exercise due diligence, but realize lymph swelling is par for the course with Lyme and co infections.
My prayers are with you.
