Merry Christmas to y'all! My blessings to you. Wish y'all much health and strength!
I have a question about foot baths. I am very challenged at detoxing, but I am thinking of buying a foot bath to try out and get rid of toxins (whole body baths make me feel worse). Does anyone do foot baths? Can you recommend something? Thank you!

Try to find someplace where you can try a footbath before you buy. Some alternative wellness clinics have them.

I like just soaking my feet in warm water and Epsom salts.
Most foot baths are a rip off. The water looks darker after your feet have been in them, simply due to a chemical reaction from the metal plates and the salt you add.
Of course, some people may feel otherwise,

I have used the ones at a clinic and bought my own. I feel they work, but not so much by drawing stuff into the water.
Use binders and start slow. I over did it when I first got mine. Felt pretty crappy after for about 5 days.
