Howdy y'all ... long time no Flash for me!

I keep losing and then happily finding my passwords to stuff. I just haven't been computing too much in the last several years other than to watch folks have lives via Facebook.

Question of my day (and, I did scroll through a couple months of the flash board looking for the answer before I posted):

My doc recently prescribed 25 mg Dapsone ... 2 tablets by mouth Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Do i take the 2 tabs together at the same time (I hope) or do I need to spread them out. I didn't snap to ask during the appointment and she didn't say. [bonk]

Right now, I'm no no other abx with this as it's a starter dose.

Trying to get a feel for when to take as to not interfere w/ other meds/supplements.

I just finished 6 months of Rifampin/Zith.

Thanks for any info!

Thanks Blue!

I split up the dose today and took one in the morning and one this evening just in case.

I find that about an hour after taking, I get a headache and some dizziness but it fades. I also noticed several skin flares within the first week of 1/2 dose (I'm Lyme, Bart, Babs, Parvo and Morgellon's). Hoping it's a "good" sign that the skin bugs got angry and will now retreat! Probably wishful thinking!

Be well!

Oh Lord ... today is NOT GOOD.

HUGE headache when I woke up and feel absolutely drained (more than normal). Praying it's the meds killing stuff.

My hands that have been stiff and painful for months are not hurting nearly as bad today ... bonus???

It's just an adventure.
