Take a look at Heart Rate Variability results: pretty impressive!
Do you know how HRV work? It's the tool used by dr. K to measure how the Autonomic Nervous system behaves.
It takes very long, on treatment, to improve on your HRV. At least, for me.
I would try the Clean Sweep Spray, see if you feel better.
If yes, then there may be other products (I know some products in the European site, there is one called Anti-Stress), but I don't find it in the American site.

My teenager has lyme, and has struggled with ADHD for years. Our doctor finally said let's treat the symptoms of ADHD while we're working on lyme and cos.
We tried several, and then we found one that worked very very well, vivaxin. It is a newer class ADHD drug, it does not build up in your system and it last for 24 hours, thus you can take it during the work week and then not take it during the weekend.
Her grades improved from mostly b's to mostly A's. I know this is a Band-Aid, a short term treatment option. But I also believe while we fight the main fight, other drugs that limit our suffering are crucial.
Again this is an advice as I am not a doctor, I am just relaying what has been successful for our teen.

Neuro-Lyme caused me to have extreme attention deficit, hyperactivity, memory impairment, autistic-like sensory issues, etc.
Mild hyperbaric treated all of these issues completely over time.

I also have developed an ADHD type attention span or lack thereof with Lyme, which causes negative thoughts to dominate and is a major problem. Totally lost as to what to do. Any herbal remedies I've tried for anything over the years just makes me sicker as I seem to have either strong herbal allergies or salicylate sensitivity.

Look at 1 hour 1 minute: the physicist talks about the effect of Stress Relief on mice, through standard pharma methods.
I think it is the same as the study above, but it's shorter to hear the scientist talking about it.

From someone who teaches music: follow music that has a definable pattern - 3/4 4/4 6/8 because it "makes" you keep time. If you get out of sync then it's messed up.
Also for me, coffee. Not decaf, regular. Caffeine is a natural "speed" and can [CAN] help you focus and slow down your brain.

I don't have the hyperactivity but I do have serious attention deficit problems.
Since developing Lyme I haven't been able to focus, pay attention, remember, concentrate, etc...
Last year I broke down and begged my doctor for help. My symptoms were progressively getting worse. I was having a hard time interacting with loved ones, difficulty with reading, difficulty managing my meager finances, etc...
I was also having worsening symptoms of blacking out when standing up for awhile, same when switching rapidly from sitting to standing, etc... Orthostatic hypotension.
I had been checking my blood pressure and it was running around 80/50 when sitting resting. It would drop to where the machine alarmed when I got symptoms while standing.
So, after a long discussion of all these symptoms my doctor decided that it would be appropriate for me to try Adderall.
Adderall has helped me tremendously. It does not give me energy, make me feel hyper or jittery.
It helps me with the attention deficit & cognitive symptoms.
It also helps tremendously with the orthostatic hypotension symptoms. When I take the Adderall, my BP runs a nice 105/60. So much better! And I don't black out or fall in the shower anymore!
The only problem is that I have to remember to take the Adderall every 4 hours. That can be hard.
