I wake up in the morning with really stiff feet. I've been taking supplements and herbs that hit Bart (Japanese Knotweed) and supplements and herbs that hit
Bart Mycoplasma and at first that fixed the problem but lately it hasn't been enough. Has anyone found a solution to this problem.

I don't have stiff feet, but when I get stiff anywhere, I put myself in a hot shower to relax. So maybe you could put your feet in warm water and see if that relaxes them, just to improve the symptom.
And then optionally stretch and massage them.

It is February in the northeast- actually it is February everywhere else too I guess? Anyhow...
My point is, are your feet getting chilled at night and slowing down the circulation because it is colder than normal?
Or, are the herbs hitting the bacteria and causing mini-herxes in your feet? (Unless you have really big feet, then it would be BIG herxes.)
Might some herbs that improve circulation help? Like Cayenne, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginger or Garlic.
If taking the Cayenne orally doesn't work, maybe you could rub it on your feet before going to bed?
Just kidding about that last part. Might turn your bed sheets red! And I wouldn't want people at LymeNet going around writing your name and phone number on bathroom walls saying to call you for a "good time" because you are "hot" in bed. ~smile~
With your calcium intake, are you getting enough magnesium? Are the herbs you are taking, or some of the cleansers removing essential magnesium and or calcium?
Wish I had a solid answer, but they don't list cures for stiff feet in my old medical books. Unless of course you want to put crushed warmed tomatoes in your socks? (The tomato cure isn't covered by insurance, just so you know in advance.)

I like the Cayenne idea. Ha, Ha! Don't know about the bathroom walls though! I have a question about calcium/magnesium intake. How much Magnesium vs. how much Calcium should a person take? And
I took Cordyceps last night before bed and rubbed my feet with Penetrex and had a peaceful night - foot-wise. Hope it continues to work.

I don't know what the ratio is, so I looked it up. Found this...
The ideal ratio of calcium to magnesium is thought to be 1:1 to 2:1 so if you're getting say 800 mg calcium, you'd need 400 – 800 mg magnesium.
Calcium supplementation without magnesium is NEVER recommended, and should at the very least be 1:1.
