I am looking to start Buhner's plan and trying to compare pills, powders, and/or tinctures.
What I do not get is that his recommendation is typically 1 tsp 3x a day. With 6 tsp in a oz, that means a 4 oz bottle will last 24 doses, 8 days. At $38 bucks a bottle, that $150 per month for the 4 bottles.
Taking the complete plan with support factors could be like $1200 a month. Or one could buy a house.
Are you all that are using tinctures and taking the recommended dose of 1 tsp 3x a day or some other dose to spread out the usage and reduce costs?

No probably not any where near that if you use tablets. I take other supplements and was going to do some of the head and collegen adds.some of which recommended as tinctures. You can get a lot of it in pills. However, Buhner recommeds the tincture.
The Nature's Way brand is typically 60 tabs for <$12. Even if you need 2 bottles a month it is cheaper than the tincture at $38 for 8 days, assuming the dose.
That is why the question on the dose in the tincture. Seems mismatched from the supply vs. The recommended dose.
