a friend gave me a sample of onguard and lyme support. I'm not sure if lyme support is something she mixed together or if it is sold like that?

Anyone have good results with these?

I was hoping to try frankincense on its own but it's mixed into the lyme support.

Be careful of ingesting .. and of overloading your system.

I agree with Lymetoo! Go easy. Before trying to ingest, experiment with applying to skin.

Use an oil base such as olive oil, or grape seed oil. To one ounce of oil add two to four drops. Mix well and apply once per day to skin. Use a small amount of that mixture. If you don't herx, gradually increase to twice per day. If still okay, then try applying to bottoms of feet. The feet are highly absorbable.

Gradually increase the drops.

I herx very badly with essential oils and can only use them if they are extremely diluted and only once or twice per day. I don't think I could survive ingesting them orally.

However, I believe they can work if used daily over time. Many people claim to have gotten well this way.

There was a person here who used a very high dosage both externally and internally and got very sick and has not recovered. This person thinks the very high dosage woke up a dormant infection, and this person is now on lots of antibiotics to combat this infection.

Use on the skin in small amounts and work up slowly.
