Anybody try this for short term memory issues, mood and cognition as per Dr. B p. 29? Those are probably my worst symptoms next to fatigue. Thanks for any advice.

I suggest you take advantage of the "search" function here at LymeNet. See it near the top of the screen.
For example, search for "SAMe" under Medical Questions. You will get a lot of old posts discussing it. Here is one example:

Hi Mommy O- I take Samee 400 2x per day with Primrose Oil 1300 on an empty stomach for inflammation - helps with mood too I believe. Many years ago- pre lyme I was on Vioxx(anti inflam script for sports injury) and had to be taken off due to elevated liver enzymes and Prevention had an article at that time saying Primrose Oil and Samee were just as effective as Vioxx if not more so. I found that to be true. So I've been using it ever since. I take lcarnatine for tendon strength and repair- another thing I learned from Lymenet. I'm not sure if they've helped with memory etc but I don't struggle with that as I used to. I have been treating lyme a long time though. Hope this may help!
