Strictly avoid carbohydrates and take 3000 micrograms of biotin (3 milligrams) per day for 3 days and see if any of your yeast infection symptoms improve. If symptoms improve, especially dramatically, you are probably suffering from a mycelial candida overgrowth in your intestines and/or circulation. Make sure your candida supplement contains sufficient biotin in divided doses and take with foods. From eric bakers page on dr wilson

It really has helped me. I've been taking it for a few years.
One thing to consider is that biotin will cause "dumping" of oxalates in your body. So if you are eating foods high in oxalates (It doesn't take much), then you will have symptoms of dumping.
That can get severe .. so you may want to Google it...and google foods high in oxalates.

I have taken high dose biotin for a couple f years and do think that it helps to control the excesses of candida.

Tutu- I for some reason have been getting nauseated while eating vegetables, especially cooked. I can't choke them down, and it's not like I hate veggies or anything. Raw have been better. I suspect the yeast is saying "no, a donut, please."
Joe - Yes, I might be having a herx, started Pau D'Arco a few days ago and could be that and starving yeast. Have been restricting just for 2 days now, strictly.
I would love a die off -typically what happens for me is I cleanse, then eat or drink something bad before I am rid of the yeast, negating any good the cleanse did.

Upon further consideration, I think I am herxing. I feel EXTREMELY tired. When I take some detox stuff it helps. (Burbur Pinella, Parsley tinctures.)
