I have started pulsed Ceftin 500 mg tabs, 2 tabstwice a day; 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

The first pulse I had nausea starting about an hour or so after taking the doses for the first week; I believe this eventually stopped.

I am now on my second round and having nausea again.

Has anyone else experienced nausea as die-off;

or is the nausea due to the very high dose of Ceftin?

I've been on Ceftin 500mg 2x/day for 4 months now, along with azithromycin 500mg 1/day. I have to take it with food, or I get nausea.

At first I had a lot of die-off, it manifested as acute pain in my limbs and arthritis in my hands. Daily infra red sauna treatments cleared out the die-off and I became pain-free after a few weeks. Now my Dr added Alinia as a cyst-buster to the mix and the pain is back... more detox necessary...
